Why should you get your doors serviced?
All doors are subject to general wear and tear over time, regular maintenance is the key to ensuring
optimum performance, longevity and continued safe operation for your door sets. A standard service
agreement will provide you with the security of knowing that your equipment is regularly inspected and maintained by our BSEN16005 accredited engineers, providing peace of mind, in addition to reducing the long-term costs associated with ownership.
Our servicing team are on hand to service, maintain and repair, all makes of automatic and manual
door systems, nationwide. Within the agreement term chosen, periodic site visits will be made to clean, inspect, lubricate and check for safe operation, any breakdown call-out visits will be billed at discounted time and parts rates.
Our servicing works will include, as a minimum:-
In-depth report issued if any further necessary works are required for correct operation.
Demonstration of correct
operation/usage.
Checks, cleaning, lubrication
and adjustment as per manufacturers recommendations.
Adjustment of operation, in line
with safety standard
requirements/recommendations
(BS EN 16005)
Updated service record
logbook, where applicable.
Operational safety checks and
verification to applicable
safety standard.
